Stella is Bursting with Spring Beauties

For the month of January, everything at Stella was on sale. The store got pretty empty, and that’s exactly what owner Rachel Hershinow wanted.
The winter blowout sale took place to make room for fabulous Spring goodies. Now, with colorful merchandise arriving daily, the store feels fresh and new.
